A1 Auto Imports is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. A1 will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. For your protection be sure your parts are marked properly before you leave our facility with them and you fully understand the following terms and conditions that apply to all transactions. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. We will only accept returns with your original invoice information (No Exceptions). A1 Auto Dismantler provides a full warranty policy and we are always ready to do whatever it takes to make things right.
